Spicy Dark chocolate blend recipe
Chipotle olive oil (order here :)
Green chili pepper olive oil (order here :)
Harissa olive oil (order here :)
Serrano Honey BalsamicVinegar (order here :)
Dark chocolate balsamic vinegar (order here :)
In a bowl mix together your ingredients. Once mixed together place bowl to the side.
Now take out your steak and season both sides with salt & pepper or whatever seasoning you choose.
Then take the steak and put in a Ziploc or plastic bag. Once in the bag take the bowl with your mixture and pour it over the steak in the bag.
Once steak is coated with mixture close up bag and place in refrigerator to let marinate overnight or at least 4 to 6 hours.
Once marinated take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it get room temperature.
Once steak is room temperature, you choose to grill it or cook it in a cast iron pan.
If you choose a cast iron pan, cook part of the steak on the stove and then finish cooking it in the oven.
Once done cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes.
